Basic Pistol
Length: 3 hours
Price: $200
Basic Pistol is the perfect place to begin your journey or just to refresh your knowledge! This handgun training course covers everything you will need to know to get started, feel comfortable, and confident with a handgun. Every student will leave this course with the ability to safely clear, load, shoot, and store a handgun. Basic Pistol 100 provides all students an in-depth understanding of handgun fundamentals, and manipulation.
Course Description:
This course will cover handgun fundamentals, operations, and safety.
What to expect:
Cover the fundamentals and basics
Learn the difference between different types of handguns and ammunition and which type is right for them.
How to fully operate a handgun (loading, unloading, firing, and clearing of malfunctions).
Discuss common types of safe firearm storage
Before moving on to the shooting range to conduct live-fire training, students will use dummy handguns to begin establishing grip, stance, sight alignment, and trigger press.
Equipment Needed:
Students must bring their own firearm and MUST be cased!
100 Rounds of ammunition is required
Eye and ear protection
Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian for the entirety of this course.
Safety Waiver must be completed before class begins.
Basic Rifle
Length: 3 hours

Basic Rifle is the perfect place to begin your journey or just to refresh your knowledge! This Rifle training course covers everything you will need to know to get started, feeling comfortable, and confident with a rifle. Intermediate Pistol

The Intermediate Handgun course is designed to build upon skills students have learned from Basic Pistol 100 class. This course teaches students how to properly draw from a outside the waistband holster or concealed carry. You will learn more advance reloading techniques and movement will be introduced.

At least 3 handgun magazines
Holster and magazine pouches (At least one pistol magazine pouch)
Strong Side/ Concealed Holster must attach to the belt and provide sufficient retention to prevent the firearm from falling out.
Eye protection and electronic and or foam ear protection
200 rounds handgun ammunition
Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian for the entirety of this course.
Intermediate Rifle
Length: 3 hours

The Intermediate Rifle course is designed to build upon skills students have learned from Basic Rifle class. You will learn more advance reloading techniques, movement will be introduced.

The Advanced Handgun course is designed to build upon skills students have learned from Intermediate Handgun class. You will learn more advance reloading techniques, movement, stances, and fun competition.

Firearms must be brought by the student (rifle and handgun)
At least 3 handgun magazines and rifle magazines
Holster and magazine pouches (At least one pistol and rifle magazine pouch)

Eye protection and electronic and or foam ear protection
200 rounds rifle ammunition and 100 rounds of handgun ammunition

Advanced Rifle

The Advanced Rifle course is designed to build upon skills students have learned from Intermediate Rifle class. You will learn more advance reloading techniques, movement will be introduced, and transitions from rifle to handgun.

Youth Instruction
Length: 1 Hour

Self Defenders Youth Firearms Safety Instruction sessions are designed to teach youth shooters, how to safely operate multiple calibers and firearm platforms. A certified instructor will teach basic firearm mechanics, safe firearm handling, fundamentals of shooting, range rules, and etiquette.
Before stepping on to the shooting range, a class room portion will be performed. This will consist of learning basic shooting mechanics such as - stance, grip, eye dominance, sight picture, sight alignment, breathing and trigger control. Loading and unloading magazines with dummy ammunition. Loading and unloading the firearm with dummy ammunition.
Requirements
Child must be able to see over the shooting lane bench
Parent or legal guardian must attend and participate in each session

Ladies Only
Length: 2 Hours
Price: $150
The Ladies Only class is encouraging women who wants to learn how to become familiar, become confident, become independent when protecting themselves or their family. This class leaves the testosterone at home and to really focus on the students up incoming skill level without judgement. This is a judgement free zone!
This is a grouped class.
